Some outfits are meant to begin with a conversation. Our custom tailoring service helps you create a Ghoonghaat piece around your occasion, comfort and personal style.

How it works

1. Tell us your vision. Share your occasion, preferred silhouette, colour family, budget and required delivery date with us on WhatsApp or by email.
2. Choose fabric and details. We guide you through fabric, embroidery, lining, drape, neckline, sleeves and finishing options to suit the look and the way you want to move in it.
3. Confirm measurements and fit. We will share the measurements we need and discuss the fit you prefer. Please provide accurate measurements or book a consultation before production begins.
4. Approve the design and quote. Before we begin, we will confirm the final design, fabric availability, price, estimated timeline and any custom notes in writing.
5. Crafted with care. Our team cuts, stitches and finishes your garment to the agreed brief. We complete a quality check before dispatch.
6. Delivery and aftercare. We share dispatch details when your order is ready and are available to help with reasonable fit guidance after delivery.

Important notes

Custom-made and altered pieces are created for you and may differ slightly from screen images or handwork references because of fabric, dye and artisanal processes. Production starts only after final approval and payment terms are confirmed. Custom orders are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
